Resale Certificates:

• The HOA will not grant a Resale Certificate if the property is not in compliance with all of the HOA’s Governing Documents.
• The HOA will not grant a Resale Certificate if the property has trash or brush piles stored on it.
• TREC Form 37-4 will be issued
• The HOA charges $375 Transfer Fee to the Seller

Basis for Assessment (Pro Rate as needed):

• The Board of Directors of the Covered Bridge Canyon Homeowners Association fixes the Annual Assessment  at $1200 per year for all lots.
• This assessment is due by January 1 and delinquent by January 31 each year.
