Local Utilities Information

Electricity: Our community has two different electricity service providers. Our northern Phase I & Phase II are serviced by Tri-County Electric Cooperative, 817-444-3201. Our southern Phase III is serviced by Oncor Electric Delivery. Oncor customers can choose where & at what rate to buy electricity at www.PowerToChoose.org. Use this web site select rates and contract length.

 

Natural Gas: Our community is supplied with natural gas by Atmos Energy, 888-286-6700.

 

Water: Each homeowner is responsible for their own water well.

 

Septic: Each homeowner is responsible for their own septic system. You will be required by state law to have an annual maintenance contract with a service provider for approximately $150/year.

 

Trash Service: The HOA has contracted for 1 trash and 1 recycle can for each property owner with your annual assessment. Additional trash cans currently cost $150/year.

 

Telephone-Land Line: You have full choice as to your preferred service provider.

 

Telephone-Cellular: You have full choice as to your preferred service provider. Reception quality will vary by provider and location within the community.

 

Internet: AT&T and Nextlink offer service within the community. There are also different satellite based options.

 

Cable T.V.: Unfortunately, we do not have any cable service providers within the community.

 

Satellite T.V.: You have full choice as to your preferred service provider.
